Exhibition: “Lost Places. Dolina Dolnej Odry in the light of old maps”
On the morning of 15Lost Places. Dolina Dolnej Odry in the light of old maps December 2022, the MOBI in Kulice hosted the opening of the exhibition ” / Verschwundene Orte. Das untere Odertal im Spiegel historischer Karten” prepared by the City Museum in Schwedt as part of our project. The event was attended by students from the friendly secondary school in Resko and participants of the 2nd Kulice doctoral workshop. In his introductory remarks, Dr. Paweł Migdalski presented the aim of the project and invited the young people to take an interest in, among other things, the field of study developed as part of the project – Baltic Region Studies. The most important part of the meeting, however, was a lavishly illustrated presentation by Prof. Radosław Skrycki entitled “About the map in a different way, or the history of the Baltic region”. “O map inaczej, czyli czyli historia Pomorza w czasie wojny północnej”. The exhibition will be on display at MOBI until 19.02.2023, you are cordially invited!
